Review Legal Documents & Upload Supporting Documents
Read and accept the MOU, Shareholder Agreement, and NDA. Upload a certified copy of your SA ID or Passport, proof of residential address (not older than 3 months), proof of bank account, and beneficiary ID or birth certificate. Then click Submit Application.
Receive Your Shareholder Reference Number
The system automatically generates a unique Shareholder Reference Number, saves your application securely, notifies the EquityHub Administration Team, and sends you a confirmation email. This reference is used for all future communication, payment tracking, and enquiries.
Make Your Payment
Using your Shareholder Reference Number, pay via Secure Online Payment, EFT, or Cash Deposit. Always use your Shareholder Reference Number as the payment reference so your payment is correctly matched to your application.
Application Review & Share Allocation
The EquityHub Administration Team verifies your application, documents, and payment, approves your registration, allocates your shares, registers you as an official shareholder, issues your Share Certificate, and sends your Shareholder Welcome Pack.

This allows you to learn about each company on its own website while completing a single, secure, and standardized shareholder application through EquityHub Partners. Your Shareholder Reference Number allows you to track your application throughout every stage of the process — from submission and payment to verification, share allocation, shareholder registration, and the issuance of your Share Certificate.
